Dear Convention Delegate,
Congratulations on your registration for the upcoming VEA Convention! You are doing the important work of the union, and we all appreciate it. We’re writing to provide you with important updates regarding the Pre-Caucus Meetings schedule and agenda.
Please note that there has been a change to the initial schedule. The Friday, February 20 meeting has been canceled. The Pre-Caucus Meetings will now begin with the following schedule:

The agenda for the convention is still being finalized, but you can expect the following schedule:
Thursday, April 3
7 pm to 9 pm – First business session
Friday, April 4
9 am to noon – Second business session
Noon to 2 pm – Lunch on-site
2 pm to 9 pm – Third business session
9 pm to 11 pm – Evening entertainment
Saturday, April 5
9 am to 3 pm – Final business session
There are several accommodation options available for delegates:
Delegates must make their own hotel reservations. Registration links will be coming soon. Please refrain from calling to make a reservation until this information is provided to ensure the best possible rate.
